Absolutely phenomenal! My mother ran out of gas last night. We slept in the cold. My mother is 76 tears old and we both just got over COVID. We called this morning and got more gas. Because of the bad weather coming, they couldn't come until tomorrow. Mr Willie bought the gas! He is absolutely kind and the nicest man. Kelly is awesome too! My mother has been dealing with Swink Quality for over 40 years! Thank you so much!
Excellent service. Our Class A motorhome ran out of propane and no one in the Aberdeen, NC area staffed a person on site who could fill the tank. It was pouring rain when we pulled in to Quality Oil and Gas but we were back on the road in less than 10 minutes. Great prices and friendly staff.
These guys and ladies are very professional and keeps you informed when they are on the way, They respect a customers time. There prices for different tasks are great I had a gas washer converted to propane and they literally had to tear The Whole thing apart to put a 1/4 size conversion piece in. Labor intensive. Plus connecting the line. When they were finished the only sign they were present was my dryer now works. Professional all the way. Thank you again
Quality Oil and Gas Company installed gas logs at my house. They did a great job helping me select and doing the installations. The gas logs have saved me hundreds of dollars a year in my power bill. I use the gas to just heat the rooms that I spend time in and not heating the whole house. QO&G fills the tank annually. They made the transition to gas logs easy.
Also, I use an outside ( covered patio) gas fire pit daily. I have to refill 20 pound gas tanks regularly. The customer service on filling the tanks is awesome. They fill the tanks while I am paying. They return the tanks to my vehicle without me having to lift a finger!!! The price per tank is lower than I have seen anywhere else locally. The extra bonus is for every 9 tanks filled you get the tenth free.

My gas furnace failed to heat a few weeks ago and did not have an alternative source for warming the residence. The unit was therefore inoperable due a faulty blower and occurred during a very cold period for the NC piedmont areas. The furnace unit required this part that was not in stock and had to be ordered from the manufacturer. I was informed that the blower would take more than two weeks to arrive and could be installed.
In desperation, I contacted my current gas company, Swink Quality Oil & Gas Company to explain my plight. I talked with employees who demonstrated empathy and understood the personal crisis I was confronting, and immediately assisted in supplying me am alternative heating source. I was able to remain in my home during this COVID pandemic.
This experience certainly helped me further realize and appreciate our local businesses instead of having to deal with large companies, that reside in other cities who are unable to meet emergency needs. WONDERFUL COMPANY!!
